Individual Therapy Online for Late Diagnosed and Questioning Autistic and ADHD Women, Femme Presenting and Nonbinary Individuals in California and Florida

Helping you get to the bottom of who you are, what you need and how the hell to get there.

Does this sound familiar?

You've always felt like you didn't fit in, and to understand how to make this whole "being a person" thing work.

As a child you felt alien, strange, weird, and feel like you wear a mask daily to fit in with the world.

No matter how much you try to figure it out, your relationships don't seem to work out.

You feel like you're communicating directly, but your message is often misunderstood and you don't know why.

You ask questions to get clarity and people often get upset or offended, when you're just trying to understand.

All of your social media algorithms are showing you a LOT of ADHD and Autism content, and it's resonating.

Your kids are getting or have gotten assessed for autism or ADHD and you're hearing some information that seems very familiar.

You often get overwhelmed and sometimes it comes out in having a complete meltdown?

You feel completely burned out by life, and are struggling with day to day life and responsibilities?

"Who would you be if you didn't  think something was wrong with you?" - Tara Brach

Hi, I'm Michelle.
I'm an autistic therapist who spent most of my life trying to make things make sense. Trying to figure out the "rules" and be "successful at life". It wasn't until I was in my forties and fifties, when I was working with clients and digging deeper into current research about autism and ADHD that I started to make the connections.

I had been putting my energy into seeking the "right" way, instead of identifying how I function best and then doing what works.

I've been where you are.
I believe that together we can figure out how to work with your system instead of against it and get you to where you want to be.

What if...

You could get a better understanding of how you work?

You could identify what gets in your way and work out ways to approach things that works
better for you?

You could feel less overwhelmed,
less burned out and could re-find your joy?

You could build a solid community and feel
less alone?

You could get some help-- someone to listen, who understands-- to find a direction that actually fits?

How Does It Work?

Starting therapy can be overwhelming and scary. Especially if you're already overwhelmed with your day to day life. I want to do everything I can to make it as easy as possible, and make sure you know what's going on every step of the way!

Step 1 - Reach Out

Click on the button to schedule a 20 minute consultation with me. We can set up a video chat or phone call (whichever works better for you), and we'll talk briefly about what has been going on with you.

If we decide we're a good fit, we'll book your first appointment and get started!

If not, I will work to offer some referrals, and other support to get you where you need to go.

Step 2 - Working Together

In our weekly sessions, we will work to develop a better understanding of you, identify needs and values, talk about where you'd like to be and work together to develop a roadmap to get there.

Step 3 - Live the Life You Love

My hope is that by the time you graduate from therapy, you have the confidence in yourself and understanding of how you work best, to be able to make intentional choices in your life and live the life you love.

"I wish, as well as everybody else, to be perfectly happy; but like everybody else, it must be in my own way." - Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility

Take the first steps towards building a life that works for you.
